I stayed here for 2 nights and got free upgraded to the next level room. The room was super clean and served with an excellent street view. The facilities are great. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Spent a great evening enjoying the Jakarta view at a karumba rooftop bar with delicious food!

I am with my family recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, very well located and easy access to main roads. Hospitality, cleanliness is superb the room itself is very well sound proofed we barely hear any noise from the street in from of the hotel.
Definitely a very good hotel for business or staycation in Jakarta

1. The hotel is situated in a strategic location, precisely next to the exit toll of Pondok Pinang, close to Point Square and Lebak Bulus MRT Station.
2. Thanks for upgrading my room, my suite is spacious and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove, which is very helpful for a family vacation.
3. Breakfast is tasty, but it would be much better if there are more choices and something special
4. Swimming pool is located on the 19th floor which is very small and it seems it is designed specifically for decoration purposes.

Enjoyed my five-day stay here. The rooms are very clean and the service was great. I just wish they cleaned their outer windows so I could a nice photo of the view from the room. ????

Great location, as this is my first time staying in South Jakarta Area.
Close to Lebak Bulus MRT Station, so bad I didn't get to try it because i arrived late

Access to Soekarno Hatta Airport is also quite good. Reached it by online taxi in 40 minutes

Definetely must try the gym and other facilities at the top-19th floor. Amazing views

Breakfast was great. Amazing choices for salad- different lettuce -different olives- very nice. I rarely found this wide breakfast choices it in 4star hotels

Since arrival, the securities are welcoming warmly-as always in every Accor hotels. The security are the #1 friendliest
Not to forget the Reception team, ladies and gents, i didn't get their name. Very helpful during our stay in Mercure Simatupang

Good location walking distance to KMN (eye hospital).
Buffet breakfast standard good there is an egg stations, enough varieties to choose. Unfortunately the dimsum ran out and didn’t get refill even after I asked.
Room is quiet clean with ok amenities
Employees are friendly and welcoming

1. I stayed at Suites and it is tremendously spacious. It is designed with modern style and equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and cooking and dish utensils which is truly helpful for family vacation.
2. Breakfast is quite spread but no speciality that makes it unique.
3. Swimming pool is located on the floor 19, the same level with the roof top bar. It is small and built for decorative intention rather than its functionality.
4. Staffs are helpful and responsive
5. Location is strategic, close to MRT Lebak Bulus Station and Point Square. Besides, it is next to the Pondok Pinang Exit Toll to Lebak Bulus and Swissbel Simatupang
