Kinda overpriced for average 3 star hotel, just average. Very strategic place, but everydays traffic is a big issue.

Modern styled room, with a big window. Not too spacey, but i think it's enough and quite comfortable. Air conditioning in my room wasn't properly working, but okay i accepted it.

They have a small swimming pool, so it's very suitable if you bring children. They have a gym as well, enough for 3 stars hotel.

Overall, this hotel is okay, but i think with its price range, you will get a better hotel.

Generally good hotel. Breakfast ok. Clean . The staff although nice and attentive lack training.We enjoyed our 5 day stay. Close to bus and metro. Shopping mall next door 3 min walk. Carrefoure not far away and Pondok Indah quality shopping and food courts only 30000 taxi ride away(5min).$2.
Ggood for short stay.Pool small.

I HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE. BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME , the housekeeping staff just came in our room !! Its feels like we dont have any privation because its NOT CHECK OUT TIME YET !!! its not like they have hospitality operational standart ! And i complaint to front desk by phone and they even no say sorry for that act. Long story to explain but overall i very dissapointed for swissbell inn service !!

Nice hospitality , i stay here 2 nights with family and the room so large and clean, and the food is so good . Very recommended
