Sept 5, 2022, worst Carl’s Jr. experience ever: empty restaurant but waited 20-min for wrong order. Onion rings burned. Order returned waited 10-min for right order: came our cold. Asked for it to just “be microwaved hot please”. Told microwave is broken, waiting again. Almost 45-min for my “fast food”.

Taking too long for frying the new fried chicken menu, almost 20 minutes waiting. Chicken was mediocre thou, nothing beats KFC I guess :) other fast food chains can only try.

A normal burger franchise around South Quarter area... The time to prepare is long... I guess because it is made as order... The Mcphilly Bbq was very delicious...a Must try .. The cashier is not so savvy in explaining best signatures or promotions sets or combo for customer to get the best of it...

The only western burger joint in SQ. Average wait time of 35 minutes to finish orders during lunch - unacceptable for a fast food joint. How about allowing for pre-orders online to reduce wait time? May need to try Go-Jek for pre order. So much trouble for simple fast food.
