The nurses weren't very polite. If you want to get the good ones, try the Griya Husada. Here, there were no instructions where u should go. When i asked the nurses instead of i got information, i got yelled!

Although this place is an old government hospital but their service was poor. Had a bad experience here last year on december 2017. My mom in law run a DSA routine here usin' BPJS. Experienced good service with the senior nurses but not with the junior ones. They chat with themselves all the time and ignores the patients. Luckily the doctor is a relative if not i didnt know what's gonna happen then. Had to park far away from the building. And the securities happened to lack of knowledge about the gate closing and we had to turn the other way around just for pick up. Better had some improvement done b4 it worsened.

The only thing that I could think about this hospital is trauma that I endure until now. The slow response and bad service from the nurses and doctors, especially in the ER, when they take care of my mother still traumatized me until now.

Their sirine.rsupfatmawati.id website for making an appointment is NOT USER-FRIENDLY AT ALL. They did not disclose which dates are already full with quota so the user had to choose the dates ONE BY ONE
until they got the one that's available. Even worse, every time we chose the date that were full with quota, the whole registration form is cleared and we have to fill it AGAIN one by one. I spent 2 hours on trying to figure out which dates is available for appointment.
This is very not user friendly even for a technologically savvy person, let alone for a bunch of elderly that got their BPJS on this hospital. Even the elderly were TOLD TO FILL IT ON THEIR OWN. This hospital needs to think for the convenience of their ELDERLY PATIENTS! I suggest just go to another hospital OR PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE!

C'mon, this is 2021. Fatmawati should be use online administration for making appointment. Very wasting time just take a form and go back tomorrow. Online contact not informative, responsive and give solution.

Had an extremely bad experience here and still TRAUMATIZED until now ???? The security guards are EXTREMELY RUDE and even still able to tell a JOKE to me when my mom died! I don't think they even heard about politeness in their entire life. I don't even want to talk about the nurses (also VERY RUDE).. All of them doesn't seem to care, some of them acting childish, make us feel we're not human and thinking life is not valuable AT ALL. Let alone the administratrations, which was complicated but seems not integrated at all (confused? me too lol)
I can make a list of their bad examples but just too sad and tired to write it down.
Maybe because we use BPJS? But it is still not a valid reason to act rude.. I pray for all of them so that they will experience the same thing that happened to my mom so that they realize their behaviour and put effort to fix their attitude to be nicer to another human being.
Anyway, please just consider to go to another hospital before you regret it..

The person who done the photocopy and all staff in the morgue are a lot kinder and really helpful. Also they treated me and my dad as a HUMAN BEING. Very very very thankful to them. I want to give 5 stars for them only. But if you meet them, all is too late right? ;)
If you want to be respected, then learn to respect other people also. All of you are adults.. ????u200d♀️
