Everything is good enough. We love the location, the architecture, the service. But we get the bed sheet still remain a stain, the sink in the bathroom still dirty, crusted.

In the midnight, there is super noise from the room above ours. Even we heard somebody yelling. We tried to call to the front office, but no response.

Nice place, clean n all of the staff as nice people ..

Taste of food .. very good, as likes .. Soto Betawi, Nasi Kecombrang .. Pisang Goreng etc..

Prices ?, as standart at the Hotel, but quite ok lah ..

Amazing hotel. Fantastic experience. I travel with my wife and baby, the hotel upgrade our room with no additional charge.

The place was great, the staff were all nice and very accommodating. Looks small from outside but very spacious. Good food, good place. Cozy and pretty quiet since it's not located in the hectic area. But hopefully the cleanliness in the room would be improved.

Car parking lots of space and free.

Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. Anyway, I stayed in room with pool access.

The place is cozy and the breakfast is nice. We need to order one meal for breakfast but pudding, coffee, tea, bread are available for everyone.

Unfortunately, some of the parts in the room are broken such as tap in bathroom, electricity and lamp. Need to pay more attention in maintenance.
The free mineral water provided for 330ml.

We also can hear if someone is walking and talking in the hallway..
