I'm really sorry, but this establishment does need a renovation. Usually, each mall tenant has to redone its interior every 5 y. But I guess this gym hasn't done so. And also their Air Conditioner is broken. The Fu0026B air vent is leaking into the gym. Can you imagine sweating and also smelling like a roast beef? It's really not ideal.

Golds gym at citos. Start with the pluses....good crowd and rarely overly crowded. Sometimes a bit full. Trainers are mostly good and actually work with their client keeping an eye on them. A friendly staff always with a smile. A good mix of equipment but not as ergonomic as other brands. I do not use the classes but they seem sparsely attended. The minus...the place is hot. They have recently added air units but still on the warm side. They should add some fans throughout the place. Locker aroom is functional but not enough benches.
Overall...for an indonesian gym..acceptable.

Gold’s Gym.
This Gold's Gym is a chain fitness center from the USA and this one located on the 3rd floor of Cilandak Town Square or abbreviated as CITOS at Jalan TB Simatupang, Cilandak, South Jakarta.
This Gym area is so wide and filled with various fitness equipment such as static cycling, stepper, treadmill, weight lifting, dumble, and so many others.
There's also some room for members doing activities without equipment such as joining an aerobic class and other class activities only with helping tools like a ball, dumbbell.

People come to this gym for different reasons, some of them may want to maintain ideal body weight or do body shaping and slimming programs.

I went there to measure the costume size of members who join the program Bye Bye Big Competition in losing weight.

For sure I enjoy to be a member of gold gym. But sorry I have one suggestion, please the AC or cooler room more be noticed. Because when I'm in the room the atmosphere is little hot. Overall is good. ????

Big fitness centre. So far the biggest Golds gym in jakarta, i guess? Ac not too cold which is good for training, equipment is a lot and varies. Really remommended fitness centre in south jakarta.

Bad service for membership, customer service and personal trainer. Not worth the price.
