Delicious food at this famous local place. Tried the soto shrimp soup, which comes with rice. Coffee and tea were local and strong. In total cost 68k for 2 soup and 2 drinks. The omlette looked good too, but we didn't try it.

Old fashion local soto, located in the heart of medan city..as a visitor i need to slow down the driving speed a lil bit to be able to catch this store. Once you get your meals ready then the journey start.

Quite popular in Medan. Located in busy street and old building of Ahmad Yani. The restaurant serves soto with chicken, beef, and prawn. It has light taste, still delicious. It also serves martabak curry, typical of Peranakan taste. I ate beef soto and the martabak when I came here.
No parking area here, vehicles are being parked beside the sidewalk. Always full in the lunch time, either dine in or online order.

Affordable price with quite nice food.

There is three type of Soto, the prawn, beef and chicken. The Soto taste was standard, not have strong flavor or any uniqueness.

They also sell Indian martabak curry with roti canai and other snack. It is located in old Dutch building in kesawan road. Pack on lunch time.

Very nice Soto but definately lose to RM Sinar Pagi which is the best Soto in Medan.
Had the beef Soto at Kesawan. Soup is fragrant n thick not overwhelming. But beef is tough dry unchewable.
Its still worth coming here for the different Soto fragrant soup. Just drink the soup leave the meat.

there are so many kind of soto one of the best is paru. you can also taste jeroan, meat, and chicken. they have little snack and so many vafious of drink. it's have a retro and historical feeling. very unique place

Tried the soto udang and it was supertasty! Loved every drop of the kuah and every bite of the shrimps.
