Clean room, cheap price and good taste of breakfast. Recommended for non vehicle vacation because they don't have parking area.

Room is spacious, the food there is delicious but beware for "preman" in the night as they will charge you Rp 10.000 for parking that supposed to be free

I would've said that this hotel have modern-industry touch of their architecture. But, you would find it confusing between cafe and hotel. since their receptionist located inside of cafe, but the staff does not using this chance for promoting both. The good point about this hotel, they are located in the middle of city of Medan. But the room, service and the food, i would say this bang average.

calling it a hotel would be an overstatement
worst decision I’ve ever made
booked paid the hotel through traveloka.
order for non smoking room and low level room.
upon check in:
1. no parking space
2. no assistance on where to park
3. the front office gave me smoking room
4. the room is on level 6
5. no problem solving
6. rude staff
ended up not staying there and basically paid the ghost to stay at the hotel room

I been staying at Kama hotel for 2 nights on 02 January 2022 un till 04 January 2022, I have booked a single room which is I know for 1 person capacity and fit for 1 person only .I love the rooms , clean and everything was good..I don’t complained about hotel and rooms..but I’m just upset with the reception (male ) he is very rude and unfriendly front desk I’m just forget his name. I invite my friend to go to my room for few minutes to get some present and discuss about job issues less then 20 minutes cause he don’t stay as well..but the reception call me many times and say that “I can’t invite my friend into the room and the reason is be cause I booked the room only for 1 person ...what?? .i really don’t understand about that regulation, but i do apologize to him and let him know that my friend not staying or take a bath..but he still arguing that is a hotel regulation..and I ask him where is the regulation and tell him to show me..and he just said “nothing” ..management will take serious about this case , you have to mention on your website or online travel agent “if you booked for single room or 1 pax ..you can’t invite any other person..” thank you

Owner is rude even the guest complaint directly to them, they even seat at chair and cross their leg infront of the guest.

The family room is spacious. Great breakfast, anyway.
