Never again!
We arrived after check-in time after an overnight flight to Makassar. Our room wasn't ready and they told us to wait 15 minutes until they clean it. We waited for an hour and they didn't tell us when it became ready, so we had to ask them again. Room had a strong cigarette smell, wifi didn't reach the room, doors struggled to open, there was a kettle, but no cups in the room etc. After telling them that we need a wifi, they told us to wait until a few minutes until they clean us another room. These minutes lasted 2 hours. Another room had two separate beds (not double one), no window, no amenities (kettle, cups, tissues etc.), had the same strong cigarette smell, but at least we could catch wifi. After sleeping a bit we found that wifi is very unreliable and annoyingly slow.
- There are many speakers in corridors that play music 24/7. One of them was next to our door, so it was very annoying. They can't turn off one specific speaker, they need to do it for the whole multi-storey hotel at once, so soon after we ask them to turn it off, it is on again.
- Next morning AT 7 A.M. staff came with water and asked if he could clean the room. Oh yeah, and staff doesn't speak English, so they didn't understand us shouting that we are still sleeping.
- There was kettle and some cups in the room, but no tea or coffee. Strange.
- A lot of ants in the room as well everywhere.
- Power socket next to bed didn't work. They one worked was at a very uncomfortable place.
- Most staff members speak no English at all.
