I like Legenda Beria. I have stayed there many times over the years. It’s central, walkable to most things, rooms simple clean and tidy. Staff helpful and excellent coffee and omlette breakfast. Still very affordable and always value for the room rate. Tend to meet interesting people there also which is a plus……

Good location and the airport bus stops nearby. Helpful staff. Nice hot shower and a comfortable bed. Good value for money. Breakfast of omelette toasty was included

Good clean inexpensive hotel, I don't know why it is called a hostel. It is well located, the rooms are basic but have aircon and hot water... If you want more you can pay 3 times the rate elsewhere. Nice people too.

First they tried to get us to pay a higher rate than they quoted on hostelworld, then the WiFi didn't work on our floor. They also have "no smoking" signs in the lobby, but let anyone smoke regardless. They were also supposed to arrange a ride to the airport in the early morning, but no one showed up. In the end the morning staff managed to get us a rideshare for a fraction of the price (66000 vs. 150000) that got us there in the nick of time. The rooms are fine and all, and the breakfast is pretty good though.

Best place in Makassar. Very close to the fort and to a Holland bakery (good for lekkertjes), veeery clean rooms, super welcoming staff, simple but highly appreciated included breakfast!

This pĺace has elevator even it's just two story building, the breakfast simple, the room clean and near public places especially local food. Many tourist stay here also.
