Provide various tasty authentic local soup and food. All food with affordable prices and clearly written on the menu list, so no worries for the price scam. If this place could be cleaner and cooled by some Aircon would be perfect.

They serve tasty vegetarian foods with relatively affordable prices. You could place a special order too. They have special menu on Sunday.
The only disadvantage is they have small places, no wi-fi and no AC (fan only). But personally I like the homey atmosphere they bring. It doesn't have to be a luxurios place to have a great meal.
