We enjoyed a wonderful stay with our family at Viceroy Villas where we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were really friendly, attentive and courteous without exception. We built up a great rapport with the drivers and Cascades restaurant staff who were particularly lovely and made a fuss of our two little grandchildren. Room service and cleaners were similarly very polite, the cleaners couldn’t have been more mindful of the babies if they were sleeping and tried to keep any disturbance minimal. Staff on the reception desk were really helpful when we left a wallet in a bar in Ubud (successfully retrieved the following day) and the infinity poolside staff were great. We loved the cycle ride to the paddy fields, temple tour and on-site massage which were arranged for us, and the food at Cascades (Balinese eggs Benedict is a must) was superb, as was the taster menu at Aperitif. The villas themselves were very comfortable and clean, the gardens well kept, and we loved having our own outdoor area with a pool. I highly recommend Viceroy Villas for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. The staff all really promote their country and gentle culture and show a pride in their work. Thank you so much to Patrick and the team for making this a holiday to remember.

I cannot put into words how beautiful it is. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was just perfect.
We stayed at Deluxe Terrace Villa with our little girl, the villa was spacious, coming with heated pool, large and comfortable bed, bath room was amazing with complete amenities inside, every little details were nailed it.
The food is just the best at cascades and the service and all the staff was amazing. We had ordered the room service for our dinner, the food presentation and the taste itself were fantastic.
Thanks for an unforgettable experience and hope to be back there one day.

Our stay at Viceroy Bali was spectacular! The villas are incredible with great views and privacy. We took full advantage of the room service and massages in our villa. The massages were some of the best we've ever had. We also liked having the shuttle that took us into town for no additional cost. The only slight negative is that the resort's rates on extra services like airport transfers and laundry were extremely high. You can save a lot of money by booking your own transfer and using the laundry service down the street. This was minor, though, and I'd love to stay at Viceroy again!

My wife and I just stayed recently at the Viceroy in June for our honeymoon and it was everything it was billed to be. Beautiful accommodations, incredible spa (the romantic couples massage is a must), and wonderful food at the Cascades Restaurant were all part of an incredible stay. The other restaurant on the premises, Apertif, is also excellent with its fine dining menu and its impeccable bar staffed with one of the best bartenders I have ever met. The staff at this hotel is bar none with its infectious and friendly spirit. Thank you very much Viceroy Bali and we hope to see you soon.

Absolutely stunning Villa with terrace and jungle/valley view. Amazing Staff, extremely helpful and creative, great food, wide choice of breakfast. Perfect for your romantic trip like engagement (Staff can help you arrange your special event), very calm and relaxing atmosphere, but still very close to everything interesting in Ubud centre where you can get with cheap Grab drive. Worth it's price.

Great small hotel, but too expensive. It does not worse the money you are paying. The breakfast is worse and very limited to few course; almost nothing to eat compare to a 5 star luxury hotel!
Free shuttle service to and from Ubud which is not sometimes well arranged.
Helpful and friendly staff.
We were twice in this hotel and the service is getting worse compare to the time before pandemic.
You will have lots of better and cheaper options.

We loved everything about the Viceroy, it’s a stunningly beautiful hotel. But what really set it apart was the superior service we received. Every single person we spoke to knew us, were friendly, and truly cared about providing a superior experience for us on our stay. We highly recommend!
