This bar has everything an excellent bar needs – excellent service, unique ambiance, live jazz music, a pool table, exceptional views from either side of the bar and last but by no means least; a superb range of drinks and bar snacks. It’s the ideal location to spend a special evening, or long afternoon! Great Irish coffees!

Best bar with live music and a high-end atmosphere. I liked that the music was not too loud, allowing regular conversation. The staff were friendly and attentive. Their drinks menu is extensive, and they're happy to make it. If you want to get adventurous, tell them the type of drink you like, and they'll whip up something to match the mood! Food-wise, they have a wide selection of food that matches with the cocktails. I had so much fun with friends..

I got the chance to go to The A Bar with my girlfriend last weekend. Not only do they have live music but also fantastic choices on the cocktails. Nice presentation on the cocktails, great taste and fantastic service. One of the best bars in Ubud, definitely, we will come back to try other cocktails!

Fantastic atmosphere! Great selection of alcohol. Wine and cocktails - awesome!
The cocktail was so delicious. Aperitif Bar is a perfect place for sunset cocktails with a lush jungle or rice paddy view. A wide selection of premium brand and cocktail options are available, and games of billiards are also available. Really, REALLY great service. Thanks for a very enjoyable afternoon folks. I will be back!!!

Absolutely phenomenal cocktails and amazing staff! Loved everything about the place - the mocktails should not be underestimated either. Definitely worth having the very unique signature cocktails! Plus there's a pool. table The bar is open to the public also (non-dining guests are welcome). Love it here!

They absolutely nailed the ambience here. Great cocktails and food, live music bar, with an attentive staff. Seats are well spaced apart and offered each group their privacy - what a place. Apéritif Bar offers an ideal setting for sunset cocktails with a lush jungle or rice paddy view. Open to the public (non-dining guests are welcome). Will return for sure!

We were looking for a live music bar in Ubud and came across The A Bar. The bar had a 1930’s theme to it which was stunning. The music was great as it was not too loud and you can still enjoy the music while having a conversation. The cocktails were very good as well.
