We just had a great experience. My sister has Bali Belly, (food poisoning) I spoke to them 3 in the morning, as she was in lots of pain, they arrived at 4, a doctor with a nurse and a helper, they stayed with us for 2 hours, she got a blood test done, they gave her all the care and medicine she needed and helped her to feel better. Very good service, especially when you are away from home and scare. Very good.

They really take care of you herr and try to make you feel comfortable. And they follow up on you to make sure your recovery is going good! They have pick-up services if you have trouble getting there. Send them a message if you need help and they reply quickly.

Ubud Care provided me with last minute treatment for an inflamed hand only an hour before I left for the airport to fly home.
I was attended to quickly and professionally by a doctor and a nurse.
Very impressed with the service.

Amazing experience! They spoke very good English and were very kind. I needed to see a gynaecologist quite urgently, they didn’t have one but I saw their doctor instead and she was lovely, and made me feel very comfortable! The place was clean. They were fast to see me and it was easy to find. Highly recommend!

Emailed UbudCare to ask about getting a prophylactic rabies vaccination. They responded immediately, and were so helpful. Much more affordable prices too than the clinic I contacted in Denpasar. When I went in for my vaccination, there was no wait. The clinic space is clean and modern. The nurse spoke excellent English and was very professional. Was in and out in 25 minutes. Highly recommend and would go back for any routine medical needs.
