I found this place accidentally and later learned that it’s a popular spot among tourists.
Kind staff and great mama. The food is good and the prices are affordable. However, my personal opinion is that it is hyped, except for the Balinese pancakes which are the best I’ve had in Ubud.
The vegetarian nasi campur is tasty (especially the tempe) and the portion sizes are good. I liked that mixed fruits were also provided on the side. I wish there was more variety though (perhaps some tofu satay or pickles or aubergine).
I wouldn’t get the juices again as there was too much ice. Both the coconut juice and the mint, lemon and ginger juice were okay and a bit overpriced.
I would, however, encourage you to visit to experience authentic Balinese food and hospitality.
