Nice little palace, well preserved. Entrance is free. Lots of tourists. Traffic is heavy so you may have to park farther away. Plenty of restaurants and businesses outside the palace grounds to get some rest and refresh yourself after being in the heat.

Very beautiful palace in central Ubud. It's still occupied but some places are open to public.
In the evening there are performances of traditional dances. We enjoyed it thoroughly

The palace is incredibly beautiful and entrance is free. Worth a visit. What we didn't like is that the truly valuable treasures are at the closed area, we could only peek from outside the fence.

Admission is free and it is a beautiful palace. But it's located right and downtown move it where the traffic is the busiest. There is absolutely no public parking in that area so it is difficult to get there unless you have a driver drop you off.

Only a part of the Ubud palace is open for visitors. You can just admire architecture a bit there. Nothing to do for more than 15 mins. Entry is free of charge but I would recommend skipping this place unless you have nothing else to do.

There are traditional dance shows conducted in the evening which might be worth a visit.

For the palace itself it's a brief visit. Highly recommend to see the dance shows set in the courtyard, the Ramayana story was very entertaining. Get there 30 mins before the show starts to get good seats

Only went for the Legong dance at 19.30h, 100K/person for 1h30 (5 different dances). It was amazing, didn't feel long at all and we were amazed by the show. The dancers and the musicians are amazing. I just wish the explanatory leaflet was better to understand what I am seeing better, but overall it's a great experience in Ubud. Just be sure to arrive early as it gets really full and it can be difficult to get a good view!!
