Recently I have spent 3 weeks at Samyama completing the 200hr teaching training, and putting into words the life changing experience and transition I have felt is somewhat unexplainable, in such a good way ????
From the calming energies you feel when you walk down the love/compassion stairs, to walking into the yoga hall, being surrounded by the loving, knowledgeable and supportive teachers, is the beginning of one's journey while being at Samyama.
In such a short time you not only learn the physiology of yoga, meditation, but how to connect with yourself, you also connect with Iike minded people, forming new friendships and a yogi family.
If you are thinking of completing your teaching training do yourself a favour and complete this with the Samyama family, you will not be disappointed.
Also the Samyama Eatery has the most delicious and fresh vegan food, even if you are not vegan you will enjoy the food for the duration of your stay.
If you chose to stay at the retreat there is accommodation some has shared bathroom facilities, and for me experiencing this also helped with my journey of being outside my comfort zone and letting go ????
The staff are so lovely and friendly, always smiling and accommodating with whatever your needs may be.
I'm looking forward to my return to Samyama and cannot wait to tell people how much Samyama means to me and has helped me.
So much love and appreciation I have for the teachers for bringing Samyama to life and allowing it to be shared with the world ????
Thank you Samyama ????
