This place is literally a hidden gem. The food and service are OUTSTANDING. You can taste the love in every bite, you can see it by how delicate the plate is arranged and you feel the love by how people treat you as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this restaurant! You will live a one of a kind experience. I suggest you pick the 5 plate tasting as you will not know what the chef will bring to your table, which makes it even more exciting, I guarantee you will be delighted with every dish. A stunning culinary experience enhanced by exemplary customer service and a celebration of the solo traveller. The location, the staff and the pure ambience of the experience would be hard to equal. Even the sound of the gentle rain on the second night I dined there helped accentuate this unforgettable experience. Sacred Rice is a credit to the owners, chef and wonderful staff. ????????????

Incredible food and to date one of the best whisky sours I have ever had (thanks Charles) - we got the 5 course tasting menu with meat options and every course was amazing. In particular the chicken was super succulent and some of the fish courses were amazing too. Recommend the tasting menu option. It's nice to be told what's the best ;) - frozen dacquiri and the whisky sour come highly recommended from a cocktail perspective too. It's well worth splashing out for an indulgent meal in Ubud!

A friend recommended this place, its certainly a must to visit. The venue and food is just fabulous. We had 5 course menu each one was full of flavour and delicious.

Perfect dining experience.
Good view, great services, beautiful foods.
Recommended menu: tempura, calamari, pineapple fried rice, beef tenderloin, barramundi

Delicious food, lovely setting. Wonderful.

What a treat this place is. Cracking food, kind and attentive staff and all set in serene candle lit rice paddies.

We went for a few things off the tapas menu, 4 dishes being the perfect amount for 2 people. Very affordable finer dining in Ubud. Delicious flavours. Loved everything.

We will come back.

This place is wonderful, beautiful scenery, very romantic, and amazing service. The 5 course meal was perfect, highly recommended!
