Great place to stay if you have a prolonged period. There is no kitchen but you have a water stand provided. A Small amount of hot water, but overall a very nice place to stay. They clean once a week if you stay longer than a week (: The bed was Super comfy as well!

The host went above and beyond to provide and were very knowledgeable and helpful. You can also rent scooters from them if you need. They can pretty much help you with anything, you just have to ask(:

Would recommend to anyone staying for a king duration. (Note: it is about a thirty minute walk to the center of Ubud)

Pro tip: the restaurant Cascades is about a 10 minute walk from the House and holy cow it was the best meal we had! Worth every penny!!

Overall Sakha House was incredibe. the rooms were beautiful and very clean. It's a little outside of the city center (~25 min walk on some very beat up sidewalks) but there is a really delicious and cheap cafe next door as well as a grocery across the street. The hosts are extremely friendly and prompt with requests. Breakfast is also included and was different each day. There is also drinkable water provided which is an extra bonus. The only negative worth commenting are the roosters that crow very early each morning - about 4am (please note: we had rented two rooms and one was across from the rooster pen which was much worse then the other room). I would definitely stay here again when visiting Ubud.

A good cheap place. But the fridge is small, shared and shelves are broken. In some rooms ACs do not cool. Still good value.

Off course this is best-EST homestay so far! The warmest hospitality from the landlord, clean surrounding, helpfull staff and off course best-EST smile and food! Trully highly recommendation!

Nice simple place that's worth the price. Very calm and clean because it's also a bit far from Ubud main rat-race street.
