Clean spacious rooms with modern decor. There is a kitchen so you can cook your own meals but unfortunately no fridge to store things in. Hot water for teas and coffee is provided but not cold drinking water. Hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet location just a road away from the busy center with beautiful views of rice fields and swimming pool.

Do not stay here. They are liars. Said they’d give me a refund then told Agoda no after I left. They Gave Agoda wrong phone number for them to be contacted to authorise refund when I was there. They also pretended to not be owner when I heard on phone earlier they were. This place Looks nothing like pictures, it’s run down, moldy, should not be open for business.

Also they didn’t even know I had a booking, I had to ask a local nearby for help and we were in middle of rice fields. I had to wait 20 mins for staff to come. The accom is also not where it shows on map you have to carry your bags down a long broken down tiny laneway

Then they wouldn’t give Agoda their what’s app to authorise refund, there was a computer and landline for the place and the guy was like oh I don’t know how to use the email. Gave Agoda wrong landline number, we waited for them to ring. But he was on emails in-front of me on the computer while I was waiting for my ride to another hotel. Very deceptive and false advertisers. Why lie? They could have said sorry we can’t give you refund. They even agreed it’s old and run down. Don’t waste your time or money with people who aren’t honest and scamming tourists

Great new homestay. 3 floors with a very outstanding village and rice fields view from the balcony. They have a pool as well. The stuff is friendly. The rooms are cozy and furniture is new. The beds are really comfortable, sheets are clean. The location is really good. Only 3 minutes by bike from the center. But it is quite hard to find. They have a sign and there is a small path through the rice field with brings you right to the place

Clean and simple room, but when we arrived the room not ready yet we must asked for pillow case. Somehow the staff don't really know about room availability so we must move to other room. No toiletries, no TV, no car park, but the have motorcycle park. The entrance is far from the street so we must walk in the footpath and in the night it's so dark, little bit dangerous. It was power outrage when i was there. They have nice swimming pool in front the rooms. AC worked well. Breakfast with rice field view was OK. I think it's suitable for people who wants village ambience or for meditation. It's not appropriate for people with limited mobility

suitable for backpacker. no tv. the entrance is bit scary for motorbike.

A nice place to stay. Very quiet. 1 km from the crowd. Really cool place and cheap. Would come again when I visit Ubud. Too bad they don't provide toiletry and blanket. They don't have AC as well in the place where I stay but it's really not necessary (they do have fans and they work excellent). Nice place.

Good place with swimming pool, great stuff. You have terrace , hot water, swimming pool, nice breakfast , housekeeping and food menu (to order something) with good prices. You can see cows on the backyard.
