This hotel is a must stay in Ubud! We’ve stayed here for one week and we are in love with it. The rooms are lovely, and so is the pool area. There is a shuttle bus to central Ubud and Monkey forest various times throughout the day. We absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, the food is great quality and very tasty. Most of all, the staff are amazing. Every member of staff has been so polite and helpful throughout our stay and make you feel so welcome :)

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had a great time. The service is amazing - all the staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. There was one morning where our driver was picking us up before their breakfast opened so the hotel staff offered us a packed “breakfast box” which was enough food to cover our breakfast and snacks for the day - we really appreciated that.

This is a new hotel so the facilities and rooms are very slick and clean. The restaurant and pool bar are great and everything is very reasonably priced. We used the spa and gym and both were great. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to Ubud centre and the monkey forest. They also have some free activities - we participated in the sunset walk one evening and had an excellent time with our knowledgeable guide. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ubud!

This was in my opinion one of the best hotel resorts I stayed at. Along with being extremely clean , the rooms were comfortable and cozy.

The breakfast consisted of delicious halal items, special drinks made on order, and the ambiance was great. Room service options were delicious as well The pool was amazing. I specially enjoyed their wellness services including massages, tea bath and the Sunday yoga being offered. These were beyond my expectations and added to my relaxation. The location was great, close to ubud center. The hotel was surrounded by greenery that leaves you in wonder!

I have to applaud the staff for being so kind. They made my experience in Ubud one of a kind and I loved it

I do hope Mba Nova and Team read this review cause they deserve all the great reviews! Our family stayed in Room 708 and were very happy with the room and service. We brought two kids and they prepared small tent and coloring kits and balloon in the room. All the staffs were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast wash yummy! Our family really enjoyed our 2-night stays here! We would definitely come back again :) Thanks!

5 star all the way! The staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and the staff we interacted with daily remembered our names and room number. We had a few issues with our room the first day and everything was fixed by the time we returned from our tour for the day. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. Spa service was wonderful and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was good quality.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and the pool is lovely. The pool is also open until very late which is a bonus. When we first got to the hotel there were a number of people lounging by the pool after dinner which made for a nice ambiance.

My biggest complaint about the rooms is the flooring. It is dangerously slippery in the bathroom as is the cheap laminate that’s curling up at the edges in the main room.

Breakfast is basic and not that appetising. There’s a lot of choice with Asian and western options but the food is poor quality and tasteless. The fruit, breads, croissants and jams are on the low end for quality. They are also in bowls and uncovered which doesn’t appeal and the butter was at the bottom of the fridge on a slate.

The Balinese food is good. The dinner at night was good although there’s not a lot of western options other than the usual pasta, pizza and burgers.

The 2 for 1 happy hour cocktails could be improved as all the drinks are based on lime that’s not even fresh.

Apart from these things that wouldn’t take much to fix, the hotel is well worth coming to and the staff are all kind and welcoming.

The room is clean. Pool is good. Location is nice with fresh air. Love it. The staffs are very helpful and great hospitality. We were too tired for bfast in the restaurant, and asking whether we can have room service. Though this is basically not allowed, but they granted our request. Thank you. Surely will come back.
