Highly recommend!! Beautiful food, very reasonably priced, stunning views across the rice paddies u0026 a lovely atmosphere.
As one of the other reviewers said, "do yourself a favour" u0026 eat here.
Restaurant is now called Sambuk Cafe u0026 it's right down the back of the driveway entrance on the right hand side. Well worth a visit!!

Nice paddy field view. Interesting petromak lamp and bamboo for interior. Very good anggrek collection (but hopefully they change the wall colour to white). I love smoke pork.

I don't do many reviews but this place deserves more credit. Probably the best value for money of any place I've been to in Bali. Great atmosphere, very nice staff and nice view overlooking the rice paddies. I ordered the most expensive thing on the menu, the Grouper, and it was only 35k!! Absolutely delicious, cooked perfect with a really nice honey glaze and fresh veggies.

We stayed in the area for quite a few days and tried out the various nearby restaurants... this one is the best! Great restaurant in a beautiful peaceful setting, excellent food, friendly service, and cheap too. Our new favourite restaurant in Bali

Amazing restaurant next to a beautiful rice paddy. Excellent taste, nice view and a very fair price. A bit hard to find and deserted, it definitely deserves more customers.

Good food and good view. Very quiet place and next to rice field so you feel the heaven is yours only.

Do yourself a favour and make the effort to find this lovely local restaurant in Ubud. It is set back off the road backing onto a beautiful rice field and appears to have changed it’s name to ‘Sambuk Cafe’ (Dec 2019)

We ate here twice we loved it so much. The food is more authentic, delicious, cheap (but not lacking in quality) and beautifully presented and served than anywhere we tried in the ‘touristy’ area of Ubud town. And the view is so peaceful!

Definitely deserves way more custom and we hope to come back next time we are in Ubud.
