Has to be one of the best and most authentic food experiences ever. It says a lot when my partner who doesn’t have an appetite for dessert enjoyed almost every bit of it. Also, a huge shoutout to the cocktails. They were spot on and perfectly paired.

The staff was super nice enough to arrange for a private driver to drop us back to our stay as well late in the evening.

Can’t wait to come back here!

21 courses dinner. 7 courses of vegan base u0026 14 courses dessert courses. Moved between 3 separate tables of the restaurant to create different ambiance and moods.

Some foods were just ok but majority were good. Different food finish and settings create unique experiences in every meal.

Amazing experiences so far and worth to try for couple or best friends????

The right place to celebrate a birthday dinner party with family and friends.

Our cousin order all the menus in advance so we got a really nice time to catch up and have some chit chat.

Food quality and taste is above average.... great and yummy. Hit all the checked box.

Before we start our meal there is a Jazz band playing acoustic instruments. Love it.

Service was really good and accomodative.

Great place, good food and ambience.

This exceptional 21-course meal is definitely a must-go. Flavours are unique, ingredients are local, and service is impeccable.

I appreciated the movement through the 3 different spaces. You get to take a small peak into the kitchen while moving through the spaces. Best seats in the house are at the bar/counter in my opinion --- where all the action happens.

Consider pairing your meal with the the beverage pairing. I did an alcoholic pairing and did not regret it! One drink per dessert in the 2nd space so that's 7 solid drinks.

One thing I really appreciate is how Chef Will Goldfarb gave notes to his team in a kind and supportive way. You can tell that the team enjoys working there - and that they feel a stake in the restaurant. In my opinion, that environment produces the best food. :)

You should definitely spend in evening at Room4Dessert when in Ubud. Be prepared to dine slowly and have desserts seriously and joyfully.

The best dining experience you can have in thongs, and one of the best dining experiences you can have. Room4Dessert was an incredible but relaxed evening from start to finish and should be on everyone's list to visit; it is definitely on ours to go back to.

Relaxed ambiance from arrival, good soundtrack, great array of cocktails and drink options matched perfectly with excellent service from all. Didn't do the cocktail pairing, just ordered as needed which worked for us.

Moving from station to station for each of the 7 courses is an interesting touch, no imposition at all, and allows you to see it all come together before finishing up in the relaxing surrounds of the garden with a bit of an Alice in Wonderland feel for the final 7 petit courses.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations on a culinary and experience level, thank you Will et al. This review doesn't truly do it justice but it is an easy 5 stars.

The first question that occurred to me with R4D was, given that each dish requires so much testing and refining to even make it onto the list was - how can a single human mind concoct all of this wonder ? It’s dripping with years of skill and thought underpinning each and every element.

The food was wondrous, amazing and ultimately, enlightening. I should probably ramble on with more verbose words for a while to make it seem like I got some value from my arts degree - but nah.

Sure it's a bit of coin but that will be the last thing you’re thinking of when the final curtain falls. I was lucky enough to speak with Will for a few snippets and it's abundantly clear that he wants you to have a great experience and that when you enjoy the magic that he and his Room4Dessert family create, it means a heck of a lot to him.

Make sure to book a table for this place, especially during high season.

We almost couldn’t dine in this place, but thankfully they were kind enough to find us an empty table to enjoy the experience.

As the 7-course tasting menu was quite overwhelming, we decided to order a la carte instead. For the savory menu, we got the potato with sambal hijau aioli and the cheese platter. The cheese platter I highly highly recommend. It was so much fun so try out different combinations of spreads, herbs, cheese, and meat on top of the homemade ciabatta bread. Each person could have different things to enjoy or dislike, but it’s still a fun dining experience nonetheless for everyone.

As for the dessert, we ordered red, bubbles and one more dish with Balinese meringue on it. For us, red was our definite favorite as the dessert had varying textures, flavors and temperatures. The cooling watermelon on top was an excellent addition and the beet cake was wonderful. Overall, this was a wonderful and engaging dining experience that I hope everyone try out at least once! If you’re in Ubud, do stop by!
