We loved Como Uma in Ubud - super lovely greeting and they were able to check us in an hour or two before which was appreciated.

The facilities are beautiful, the pool area so lovely and calming (except when a loud family was by the pool screaming to each other!! Sigh. Not the hotels fault obviously!)

Breakfast was served below the pool, you can pick as many things as you want and the service is quick and efficient. Food was delicious too!

I did yoga - they offer daily yoga 4pm with a lovely instructor overlooking the lush green outlook. Recommend.

Our room was divine, a pool suite, we had two day beds and a plunge pool with direct access from the bathroom/shower. So beautiful.

Service by the pool/bar could probably be better but I was so relaxed I didn't care - keep up the good work, I'd happily return here when in Ubud next!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the staff at Como Ubud for treating us like royalty and rolling out the red carpet for us.

I have travelled around the world and I must say the service I was given here has been the best I've ever received.

The attention to detail for all staff members has been exemplary. Outstanding and thank you.

The resort itself is located in a great location close to the main tourist center.

The rooms are generous in size with great views of the forest.

Everything had been perfect.

Highly recommended and once again thank you to all staff members. You are great ambassadors for Bali!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights following our long travel from the United States.
Everything here was perfect. We booked the Garden Pool Villa with king bed along with the Romance Package.

The spa treatments and service were incredible. Make sure to book 1-2 days prior, because their schedule can get full.

We did the Balinese cooking class with head chef Arta. He helped us prepare 4 dishes that we got to enjoy fresh. He taught us so much and surprisingly, although it was listed as a “group activity,” we were the only ones there! So it was basically a private cooking class. I highly recommend this activity if you have the opportunity!!

The front desk assisted us with booking a private driver for a half day. They can also help you with creating itineraries for things to see and do around Ubud.

The food at the pool bar and restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for the resort.

Breakfast is included and was also very good! The service from the staff is top notch. They are so friendly and accommodating.

We’ve stayed so many five star hotels in the world, also some in Bali. This hotel is really outstanding, it is so beautiful. Every single staff try the best to make you have a enjoyable time here, very thoughtful. Would return to stay if we come back to Ubud next time! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience with reasonable rates for the quality offered. Complimentary on-demand shuttle to and from city centre was fantastic. Turn down service great. Although we wish our private villa pool was heated like the shared pool was. Food all fantastic too.

Came here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely incredible stay! Not even sure where to begin - the staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly! The hotel offers so many different activities, from temple tours to morning walks and hikes (at an additional cost) but worth every penny. The rooms were absolutely amazing, and the food was stellar - we ate at Uma Cucina twice. The pool was beautiful as well. If you’re thinking about coming to Ubud, stay at Como - you won’t regret it!

Exquisite stay at this marvelous hotel, unbelievable hospitality of the staffs. The room was great, big, comfy and super clean. Was here during pandemic so had a hell of a bargain price. Would definitely come back here!
