Love the quality of their garments. I visited the seminiyak store and the service was impeccable. However the service in their Ubud store was pretty unpleasant. I went in to buy some clothes and a bag and the unfriendly lady walked over to inform me of the price as if she thinks I can't afford it (I didn't ask for the price). A little tip to improve the customer service - if your customers wants to buy your items without asking for the price, it clearly means they can afford it.

Again, love this brand and quality. However shame on the sales lady.

Biasa in Ubud is creating another wonderful place next door the actual shop for new fashion man and woman collection and accessories. The sales team is very efficient and they respond immediately to every needs giving the right suggestions for wearing the special extra light garments Biasa produce in Bali.

Favorite local brand, with nice fabric and design, always come here when I visit Ubud. Staffs also very friendly and helpful. Can't wait for the next collection!
