(+) : close to Ubud Market, Campuhan ridge walk (15-20 mins walk) and Tegalalang rice terrace (by motorbike). The staffs are really friendly, kind and helpful. They let me use the kitchen for cook and provide free coffee. Regular breakfast but they have wide-aesthetic-open dining room at the front. Good wifi. Affordable price
(-) : This place seriously have problem with the management and cleanliness. They didn't have standard operation procedure for cleaning, I found junk in the toilet when I arrived (and the staff didn't notice that before me?). No staff at night (only 1 security, but he also took day off on the second day). So I helped another guest for late checking-in and he prepared his bed alone since there is no one around.
