It was a great experience with the hotel environment. The staff was very good and we realised that we forgot diamond ring ???????? and gold rings ???? after checkout from Hotel. The staff called and and handover to us. We really appreciate the staff for their sincerity. Already i had an experience with Indonesians about their attitude, behavior and responses. Once again the people of Indonesia are great and Good ????????????

We had a great stay overall, we stayed in a Veranda Suite and it was so spacious ! The little terrasse outside does make the difference, the place is quiet and the bed was very comfy.

Although, we found it lacked a little cleanliness, you can tell COVID happened.

So I would totally recommend to stay there as long as you know what to except, even the spa is great and very cheap !

Very nice place. Especially the upper floor apartments have unique verandas and very spacious rooms. There are two well maintained pools that we enjoyed with our 8 month baby. Elunk the guy who was there for the management was one of the most kind and helpful people we met (thanks man...). The area also is great for peaceful nature walks and there is everything in walking distance, away from the crazy and touristic area of the center.

This was the best place we stayed in during our holiday! The rooms are very spacious and clean. There was an outdoor space with a pond and a drinkable water tank. The bathroom is huge and the the shower was facing onto a private patio. There is a nice swimming pool and in general there is a very relaxing atmosphere and almost no noise. The hotel is a 20min walk from the centre but there are shops and cafe on the way and of course you can find taxi everywhere. They have an affiliate restaurant just in front of the entrance and inside the hotel there is a spa, but we didn't manage to try it out. We will the next time because we are coming back for sure!

This place quiet and away from the main road so you can't hear any cars passing by. The staff is really nice too. Making sure that I feel at home, comfortable and easy for my stay here. They helped book my other activities as well so I didn't have any problem during my stay here. Definitely will come back again! :)

Great place to stay! We stayed in the Jasmine suits (upstairs and downstairs). The aircon upstairs took a while to cool the room down, and the aircon downstairs made the room feel like a chiller! Maybe they were installed in the wrong rooms... as upstairs is larger than downstairs! The grounds are fantastic, and the pools for the different suits are huge! The mattress in the bed upstairs has a broken spring, and does need to be replaced. Staff are always very friendly! Parking for cars is non-existent however, and non-Ubud based drivers may struggle to find a place to park. We had a few back and neck massages at the spa on-site, and can highly recommend this to anyone who wants a massage!
