Very clean grounds and lovely staff. There was work being done near the restaurant which was loud but no big problem. The room was basic but clean. We had a nice bath tub and the pool was clean and a nice size. Only down side I can think of is the menu being very basic and lacking vegetarian options. Our door lock stopped working, they tried to fix it when we went out for dinner and couldn't fix it, so they had a staff member stand outside our villa because all of our belongings were still inside! When we came back they helped us move into a new room. Really great customer service. Would recommend going across the road to Bayus Kitchen for great cheap food and drinks. Location is about 10 minutes from the main street. 2 minutes on a bike ????

My boyfriend and I stayed at Y Resort for 2 nights as we were offered a free stay with our flights. We found Y Resort very pleasant. The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great (and big) and the room itself was spacious with a good hot shower.

We rented a scooter from just up the road because while you can just walk into town I love the freedom your own transport gives you. Bathrooms had a foul smell. It's quiet and good value if you're looking for somewhere a bit up-market. The staff at Y Resort are awesome.

Imagine, a villa, at country side, where you have a swimming pool surrounded by rooms, greeneries and flowers. The vibe is very positive once you enter this area. The staffs are friendly. They have placed shampoo and body gel customized, and trust me the body gel smells of flower and its good. You will never regret coming to this place because even in hot weather, the country side is relatively cooler, and when this is the villa, you will always add a pleasant experience to your baggage.

Stayed 2 nights here at the Y resort. The bed was to firm for my liking. The room was clean. The location wasn't ideal for getting around easily. The resort was not really in walking distance to any resturant. There was a lovely establishment a door or two down from the Y Resort that I enjoyed sitting in on the Open Mic session, but other than that, nothing was really close by. Since I had stayed at a few other resorts in Ubud, I wouldn't suggest this resort based on its location and cost.

Old but nice resort
Located at Jl. Penestanan, Ubud. Although the hotel quite old and wear out, still have a nice surrounding. You can feel the relaxing atmosphere. The pool still nice but need renovation, landscape very green and beautiful. The resort location was perfect, a lot of restaurant and cafe nearby, central Ubud quite far if you walk, so hired a scooter or a car will be nice. The resort had a parking lot for a car or scooter.....

The room is big and complete with serious furniture like an old resort used to be, works fine but lack of design. Bathroom big too, complete with bathtub etc. Don't expect everything work perfect....I think it's fair enough compared to the hotel's rates. They have a small restaurant with a simple menu and the staff will happily served you with a smile and full hospitality, nice one! They have spa too....

Overall, this resort was old but nice, good location, very good service and affordable price...

Such an amazing stay at the Y Resort. The atmosphere was so calming and the staff were very helpful, happy and welcoming. Massages were soo good and the food was super yummy! Such a pleasant stay and would 100% recommend!
