Delicious chicken sate! We came here so many times during our stay in Ubud. All the sauces are excellent but Bumbu Bali was my favorite. Staff is very nice. Highly reccomend u003d]

I blame the owner for not investing in human resource. I blame the owner for being dingy on their employees. They work hard, multi tasking, keep on smiling while trying to prepare a complicated gimmicky menu with mediocre flavor. Please hire more people so the service could be done in appropriate time. We arrived at the front of the restaurant and cannot find a parking spot, after sitting our self in, we have trouble with a lot of the simple menu unavailable, so we are forced to buy the big items. And then THE HORROR of waiting for almost TWO HOURS for our meal, I have to walk out and bought unhealthy potato chips from a convenient store because we are so hungry!! And then our food arrived, a tough fried ducks, an undercooked long beans, and mediocre fried noodles. All for a price that's not cheep!! How can your employees doing good jobs on food while they're multitasking!!! What a cheep owner, enslaving the employees like that!!! The cashier had to bartend, and the only way for her to bring the drinks from behind the counter, is to climb a stair behind her through the first floor, and then come down form the other side. What a cheep owner, please renovate so there's a path way for bartender. Your dessert display is also stale and days old, remove it completely!!! I don't recommend this restaurant, my friend that came with me both got stomach problem a few hours after our meal in this place. It's a gimmicky and unhealthy restaurant.

Very unfortunate experience. Only guests, breakfast took them around 40 minutes (working with 3 people). Restrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper.The sink did not work and just made this stay unenjoyable.

2 stars for the food that was good though.

Everyone loved it. The kids liked the chicken and duck. The adults loved the sauces they have.

Wish we had found this place earlier.

Ordered a whole grilled fish, but it was only a very small fish fillet. The fish wasn’t fresh and had a strange smell and taste. WiFi doesn’t work

Terrible. Nobody in tbe restaurant (literally just us). Ordered 3 dishes and it took 40 min. Food was cold, service very average. Won't return
