My partner and I stayed here while visiting Ubud.
The location is great, as it's close enough to have a quick trip via free shuttle to the city centre, however far enough way to feel like you are secluded.
They offered many extra amenities, such as free bike hike, which added to the stay.
Breakfast is included in the cost with an A La Carte menu and they also offer dinner and cocktail service, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day.
All the staff were attentive and beyond helpful for any need or want you may have.
Would recommend staying here.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding in Ubud. Our check in was efficient and all the staff is welcoming. Everyone wore a mask and adhered to Covid regulations, so you felt safe being here.

The room was huge with enough space for storage. One thing I particularly loved was the large water jug to refill bottles. Most hotels provide you with 500ml of water a day, but honestly everyone drinks more than that! They made sure you were always hydrated. Another great thing was that they provided a drying rack - you can hang your towels or swim suits without hoping it didn’t fly over the balcony with the wind.

Room service was also very good ????????
Breakfast was also very tasty and they also offer espresso in case coffee isn’t enough for you in the morning.

There are two pools, so you can choose whichever one you want. The gym facility is quite outdated and small, so we didn’t use it. The spa is small and quaint. I got a massage which was good, but the masseuse kept coughing (luckily she had a mask on). I also got my nails done before the wedding - there are maybe 4 colors of red and pink you can choose from. It wasn’t the best quality, but I still tipped as I know Bali really suffered during Covid no travel times. If you are used to western style manicures/pedicures, don’t come here.

The staff is very friendly and always remembered our names. The rooms are quite far apart from each other so you don’t really hear guests, unless they are kids screaming at the pool. The hotel also offers complimentary drop off to and from the city center, as it is located a bit outside the city. In case you need to go elsewhere, they can also arrange transport and you can charge it to your room.

One thing that annoyed me was that our bathroom had openings at the top of the wall that was opened to the villages next door. Every early morning until late day, roosters would constantly crow - so you could not really sleep in.

The bed was very firm but comfortable. My side of the bed kind of had a dip as the mattress was old and very used. The air conditioner also worked well. On the balcony, there was a couch set up for lounging, so it was nice to be there and read a book.

All in all our stay here was enjoyable and we would stay here again. Thank you for making our experience great!

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE u0026 DISHONEST STAFF. Upon arrival we were told by several staff members our room had an electricity problem and we were moved to another resort. We came to see the room the next morning and were told it was not ready, Electrical still not working. We knocked on the door of the presidential suite we booked and another family was staying in our room! They had been upgraded due to an issue with their villa.
Shutters broken in rooms, plus rooms next to main walkways making it hard to have a dark quiet room to sleep. Very little amenities in kitchen, no cutlery etc.
Pool was amazing, but you may not get to enjoy it if they lie to you and redirect you to another resort.

I stayed at the Villa with private pool which is very spacious enough and nice pool u0026 rice terrace view. Hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. I definitely want to go back this hotel again.

I will start by stating a fact… this is the best resort you can find in Ubud (and probably Bali).

We booked a villa with private swimming pool which was jaw dropping beautiful, had 3 showers, a bathtub, our own infinity pool, and 7 star hospitality to go with it.

Not just because it is beyond beautiful and the food is a class apart. But because of the hospitality they offer. Me and my wife were taken care of beyond our expectations and blown away by how helpful every member of the staff was.

And I will have to mention Ayu (might be misspelled) but she took care of all our needs from arranging transport to go to Gili to planning itineraries to helping us in the littlest things like packing our breakfast the day we had an early checkout.

All in all Dwaraka sets the bar very high up which other resorts/places struggle to even come close.

Amazing Private Villa and Pool.
Beautiful Balinese style villa surrounded by lush gardens, very relaxing and quiet with restaurants and cafes nearby. About 20-30 minute walk to Ubud town or a 5 minute drive. The staff are warm, friendly and nothing is a problem. I left my phone at the villa on the day I was flying home and before I realised 'Bagus' (staff member) was already on his bike riding the 1.5 hour drive to the airport to hand deliver my phone - very kind. Thank you we love Ubud and the very beautiful Dwaraka Royal Villas. Highly recommend... Julie + Nik X

True Bali vibe.. we stay at the presidential villa, very spacious, complate amenities and facilities. good view. Balinese architecture and design all well maintained.. good service and food
