They have private rooms, female dorm and also mixed dorms. Located in Penestanan, this place is perfect for backpackers who prefer a more tranquil, cooler and guaranteed peaceful sleep without dorm mates storming in the middle of the night after a night out. Penestanan is on the higher grounds of Ubud so the temperature is easily cooler. They keep the place clean here and there's a pool that is well taken care off and the garden is beautiful. I would easily sit here all afternoon just reading with white noise of running water on the background. They have laundry service nearby and a convenience store is just across. For their super affordable price, the rate includes breakfast already. The staff are very friendly and never forgets to smile! Which is a great deal for exhausted travelers

I had a great experience at this hostel. The main dorm has good AC, it's a quieter place and the guests were respectful. It's not in the main Ubud area, but you can walk there in twenty minutes or bike. It's honestly better to be outside Ubud, less traffic, noise and smell of exhaust. It is located amongst some rice fields and you can rent motor bikes at several places near by or push bones at one place. Main areas are kept clean and the pool was kept in great shape and it was nice to swim in after a long day. The breakfast was too sweet for me but it's free. There were some issues with the shower and the water was not really hot (common in budget places in Bali).The staff was kind and helpful and will help organize trips. Honestly for the price (I was paying $7 USD a night) it was great.

Dormy Inn is a cute small Hostel near Ubud. It has a beautiful pool and chill area outside. The Hostel has only two dorms, a 4-bed female dorm and a 8-bed mixed dorm. The breakfast is included and it is really good! It has a really good Price-performance ratio. I can recommend this Hostel.

Nice and clean. There's a Super friendly Japanese owner!
They served breakfast with fruits, this is a quiet and chilling place with less people. Nice for relaxing.
Not recommended for those who likes to social much or can't ride motobike, its not so close to Ubud center.
I got power bank stolened here, its not so nice to travel and got things missing.

Nice and cosy dorm size. Friendly receptionist who fixed our travels etc. Local people and atmosphere far from the busy roads but still only 1-2 km from ubud centrum. Delicious vegan restaurants nearby :)

The constantly barking dogs will ensure you get no sleep. OK place but owner keeps dogs chained up outside the dorm and they bark loudly pretty much all the time. I got plenty of early starts as these unhappy dogs start barking at 5am. Cruel.

My favorite accommodation in my 15 days trip in Indonesia. Quiet place in the alley, comfortable yard. and yummy free breakfast.
