It was ok, first you cannot get a car down to the hotel, although you can get a scooter. There is a golf cart they can request to drive you to the top of the road though.

The service is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice, some of the villas look very nice, however the cheapest rooms are very dark and basic.

The bed was comfortable, and it had hot water.

They location (5/5) was nice, a little bit out stressful Ubud but surounded by nice restaurants. During the night it was quite. Nice Resort with two nice pools.

Room (4/5) the room service comes daily and changes the towels and so on. All was fine, except for bathroom, there was a small leak in the ceiling so it dripped down when it rained, but that was ok. Sometimes there was also water dripping out of the bottom of the sink.

Service (4/5) The service was nice, but our contact person was sometimes a bit impatient via Whatsapp.

Food (?) we never ate there. We went outside. One time we had a young coconut, it was great.

All in all for the cheap price it was good.

I’ve had a lovely week staying at Bali Dream Ubud!! The staff a sooo friendly, the accommodation is amazing, will be great free wifi, beautiful gardens and 2 stunning pools. There are many delicious places to eat within walking distance, the Main Street is about a 15-minute walk away which was perfect for me because I loved how quiet the accommodation was. The staff were amazing in helping me book tours and they made me feel really safe in Ubud. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this place to my family and friends!

Staff made the experience wonderful. Service was excellent, all my needs taken care of. And tours of local attractions was amazing. It is it's own little paradise.

The rooms are nice and decent however there is no one available at the reception after 9pm and they don't provide anything like water bottle or coffee sachet etc in the rooms it's just room and also the pool is closed after 8pm

Great place with friendly staff. Lovely landscape and a tranquil surrounding.
Very quite and clean. Love the deep fried duck. Will definitely comeback again!!

One of the best staycation we ever had..
Staff was amazing, they pick up and guide us to parking lot.
For pool also nice, they turning on the pump after we request it. Our daughter love it to play at the kids pool.
For room was okay, sliding door kinda broke (not in the reel) and no trash bin at the room.
