The rooms are small. There were only 6 or 7 rooms and one room was filled with junk.
When the masseuse asked what pressure you shall like and we replied hard they were still only rubbing. The masseuse were coughing with their masks down and the beds were super unhygienic!
The pillow was smelling of ugly sweat.
The pressure of the head and shoulder and foot massage kept changing! The treatment ended 9 minutes before it was supposed to.
After our treatment we were offered ginger tea and ginger biscuits. The tea was filled with sugar and the biscuits weren’t that good.
Not being a fan of ginger tea I asked is there any other unfortunately there was none else.
Completely unhygienic for a five star deluxe hotel. The price was also 3-4 times more than the market rate. When I used the spa bathrooms it was smelling stinky.

You are going to a spa for an experience not to come back disappointed. Not at all worth the money. Horrible spa!

I was having a massage every day u0026 my partner treated me to a massage here on my birthday. It was awful. They ask what pressure you want, but it changes through the massage. We had an hour foot massage which felt more like a rub. The ambiance is nice, however, there are others spas that are actually nicer.

Highly recommend. I had two hours spa here, very good experience. They offer 50% off in the morning, such a good deal for this high-end spa.

If you're looking for relaxing, rejuvenating experience - Dala is the place. Their therapists really know what they're doing.
Their spa menu are truly worth the price.

Wonderful experience. I've lived in Asia for 5 years and this is the best massage I've ever had. Though it's traditional Bali massage, they customize it to focus on areas you desire. The masseuse explains the traditional herbs and oils used and does not perform as much pulling or stretching like Thai massages do. Furthermore, the pleasure of having the right muscles and spots focused for pressing and rubbing was superb. Highly recommend !

Wow! This was the only word that was uttered by my best friend and I when we emerged from our two hours of indulgence. A head and shoulder massage combined with a harmony moisture facial. We are massage and facial connoisseurs (our labels).
My therapist was amazing, firm confident hands; getting into those tiresome knots in my shoulders and neck. Working my feet and doing some reflexology on them at the same time.
The facial was amazing - it seemed to go on a great deal longer than expected.
The room was exquisite with a bath and shower if your treatment involved that.
After, we were severed hot tea and home made biscuits in a beautiful area.
Cannot fault this Spa - seriously amazing and worth the A$110.00! Yes,$100.00 bucks to 2hours!
Highly recommended.

Significantly more expensive than the spas you see everywhere along the streets of Ubud but you pay for the experience here and it's still significantly less than western prices - a 60-minute massage is in the region of 400k-500k rupiah. Discounts are available for morning appointments.

When you arrive you are given a welcome juice and given time to specify your preferences. It's a really relaxing environment straight away. The staff are then really professional and guide you if you have not done something similar before. Each treatment room has its own wardrobe, safety deposit box, toilet and shower and you are left to get ready by yourself. At the end of treatment you are escorted back to the reception and given some tea so you can fully relax. An exceptional experience!
