Cheap guest house with almost no facilities. Many insects is in the area and they quite noisy from sunrise time. The road to guest house is narrow but still okay for motorbike

Family run business in a quiet place with nice bungalows and beautiful garden. A bit off the main road and busiest areas of Ubud for much desired peacefulness! The cheaper regular rooms have very little natural light since there's only one small window, so for us the extra for the bungalow upgrade was well worth it! Friendly staff, although not everyone spoke English, we always managed to communicate. The laundry service a few doors down the street is handy and did a great job.

Very recommended with own private Yoga House on the property. Super friendly owner and facilitators. The bungalows and the overall setting are very adorable, well-organised. Super Quiet, very good sleep. Although busy Ubud center is just a stone throw away. It's perfect. Ubud Club is also around the corner. Overall a little gem amidst Ubud, lot of privacy, silence and harmony.

There's a magic about Astawa House. Before heading to Bali to do some volunteer work in Ubud I must have scanned my eyes over 100 hotels, bungalows, villas, ending up with brain bomb. So glad I settled on this chilled-out cheapie. Clean, tranquil, tucked away in a small street, Astawa House became like a home away from home. The staff and manager Ketut could not do enough for me or the other guests. Cute villas, ornamental garden, yoga in the gazebo and above all - for animal lovers - they are pet-friendly for well-behaved guests. Look no further!

Lovely place, set in a beautiful garden. Would give it 5 stars, but they failed to provide us with water and soap on our first night. Also our door lock broke and they were slow fixing it. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay!

This place is located in quiet area, it close to Goa gajah, ubud downtown. They have a nice garden with friendly staff. The room is fine but its abit dark. If you stay in their bungalow, it will be nicer.

Great place well recommended. Excellent value. Not to far and not to close to ubud. Will stay again in future.
