The view and ambiance are amazing. I stayed at their 132 sqm villa, it has a 150 cm depth private pool, terrace with dining table for two and outdoor bathtub. The room doesn't have TV. It's amazing to have a clean and nice room with artsy design and high ceilings. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

In my opinion it'll be better if they maintain and repair these:
1. The beanbag was wet and stinking a lot
2. The shower valve didn't work so we just use the rain shower not shower head, even i asked them to repair it.
3. The stove can't be used

But overall the experiences here were amazing and memorable. Very recommended ????

Amazing location looking out onto the valley, away from the busy town. The ridge walk is a nice way to get into town on foot, otherwise it's just a short ride away. Villa was lovely - very clean and spacious, and the outdoor bath was a luxurious way to relax in the evening. Loved the pool area and the view. We thought the food was fantastic also, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Book direct with them for the best deal.

What a fantastic find for price you pay! Secluded and feel like you are in the depths of the jungle but so convenient to get everywhere. Easy access to get to Ubud Central along Campuhan Walk and 15-20min by car. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and despite being known as a honeymoon spot they were all overly welcoming and accommodating with our 1.5 year old daughter to the point they looked after her to let us get a few massages in as well. Great food and Spa is brilliant as well with massages and facials recommended. We stayed in a Royal Villa and it was spacious and well laid out and provided enough safety for our daughter to run around (no open ledges or areas we couldn't lock off that were unsafe), a few spots of broken timber under the bed but nothing of concern. The only feedback is the room is very bright as whilst there are curtains there is a window close to the ceiling which provides a great view at night but also makes all the other curtains a bit redundant as light does come in. Private pool was also much appreciated, our room was located above the stairs heading down to the restaurant and only feedback would be the one corner which looks out onto the footpath and stairs is not very well covered with greenery and provides an open view to you in the pool and a touch into the room. A few more trees here would have been appreciated but this didn't impact our enjoyment at all. Would highly recommend staying here.

The quality and service were absolutely phenomenal for the price you pay! Staffs are extremely friendly, room is clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was totally worth travelling a bit (approx. 15 mins from Ubud centre with a scooter) since it was very peaceful. You will have the full Ubud greenery experience, we can only hear the sound of crickets at night. We had breakfast/lunch 3 days in a row at the restaurant since the foods were delicious and very well presented. Another worth-mentioning facility is the SPA, it was one of the best experience I have had. We did the ritual package and roses bath, overlooking the jungle. Overall very pleased, would definitely come back!

The room was incredible with the view. We stayed in the Pool villa with Valley view. The staff was nice and keep asking us if they can do anything to make our stay better.

However the Spa is really disappointing and I would recommend to avoid it. We had a 60 minutes massage with my wife. After 5 minutes both masseuse left to pick up a phone, came back a few minutes later not even apologising. Then one of them was keep whispering to the other and stopped the massage while talking. This made us really uncomfortable not to mention impossible to relax. When my wife asked if everything is okay, they said yes and finally stopped talking. It was not a cheap massage and the quality was really disappointing. On the same street is a nice Spa with a great massage for a cheaper price.

The same night I very politely told my experience to the receptionist, who just smiled and said will give the feedback to the spa team. This was an extremely disappointing reaction after keep asking us to tell them how they can make our stay better. To be honest I felt like she doesn't even care.

Amora is set in the most beautiful location overlooking the valley. The staff at Amora Ubud are all amazing thanks to their excellent customer service and tours. The food at the restaurant is excellent. We loved our stay at Amora and feel very grateful to the wonderful staff who made our stay perfect!

We came here for 4 nights into the room with private swimming pool (royale room).
The room and the hotel globally looks very nice and cosy. Restaurant is delicious and taste closely as in Europe.
Nevertheless, please note that when you have this kind of offer, your clients do have high expectations. For a night at 150€ (which is luxury here in Bali) you should make sure everything is perfect and under control. We ask several times why our private pool wasn’t overflowing (normally it should be the case) and the staff answer many time « we have a timing for this ». Hm, well, the pool wasn’t overflowing for 1,5 days and then it was different hours each day. It’s very annoying. You pay, you got it, that’s it… many small things were missing in our room.
The staff was very polite and always try to find solution but once again with this price, normally you should have everything before to ask.
