My friend lost her access key but staff are super helpfull like they are ready and respond promptly. Thing is there is no many tenants there yet, also lots of mosquitos in lobby during night time……………….

Living here is quite bad.
- staff is not so friendly
- they wont call you when they receive package, you should know by yourself if your package arrived.
- even when you check to them, they might not check all properly. The package list is still written manually, and they are lazy to check all, so they just check the last one, and you might need to tell them if actually there is another package. So if someone/any institute sent document/package, you might miss it. It happens to me when bank re-sent my card, i just found it like 10 days later after a notification.
- if they dont find it, they will ask you to check by yourself to another lobby or the food rack outside lobby. Its exhausting, they dont coordinate well each other
- there is no tolerance for parking fee, so for dropping off or delivering meals, you need to pay for it (for 1 hour parking fee). As there is less resto here, i always order meals online, so everday i need to pay parking fee at least twice.
- the quality of building is bad. You still can hear the mosque loudly. If you go out from room to elevator, its even louder. You can hear echo too. So, if there is construction in same floor, be ready for your ear to be in pain and getting headache.
- too many building management office, which located in basement, you will spend much energy to find which one is correct for your needs. The office is also bad, so ugly. The receptionist couldnt give you clear information and they just asked you to go to basement without telling you which
exact building/area.
- atm centre is on the corner of parking area, inconvenience and quite dangerous because its on empty area and hidden one.
- many commercial like shop or other service provider close their business, even bank or courier service, like jne, alfa, etc. So, you need to ride car for it, outside apartment area.
- you need access card too, to go down. And i m not sure about cctv here, i just saw in elevator but not in the hallway.

Buildinng qlty is very bad, many leaks spots in and outside the units. Many leaks just stay that way for years. The service of BM is very bad, my units has been leaking for 5mths now without any clarity of when they’re going to fix it. Now, everytime i ask the TR most of the time they will just ask me to wait, even just read the mssg without replying. Surrounding ambient becoming more and more noisy

Waiting in line for valet for an hour! Insanely frustrating after a long day of driving. Can't believe the lack of service.

For an apartment complex of its class, the Building Management team is surprisingly very incompetent in managing complaints from residents and fixing problems. One of the elevators has been unable to access certain floor(s) for months and despite constant complaints and follow ups from residents, the problem persists with no probable solution in sight. Building Management and Engineering teams keep giving the same answers of "under miantenance and reordering" but never deliver. Fellow residents on my floor even have given up in speaking to Building Management about any problem they encounter because "it's useless".

Very shameful for an apartment like this considering the amount we pay for monthly service charge. This should be a better alternative than a neighboring lower class complex (iykwim), but apparently management has failed us.
