One of the best hotels in Jakarta.

Total value for money.

Rooms are spacious and clean.

Staff are courteous and quick at the front desk.

Housekeeping staff are very hard working and ensure bed linen is clean and rooms are well cleant.

One drawback is the lack of good toileteries.

Also place is a bit difficult to reach if your driver doesn't know Jakarta well. A few signboards near the hotel would make it easier to find.

But definitely worth the money that you spend.

Room was good just need more light. I request to add standing lamp in the corner u0026 they're fulfill my request. The breakfast menu also varied. Thank you

The hotel was amazing and the staffs were excellent. The food was great and I enjoyed the food so well and I fogot that I am on diet. The price was away from expensive, the room was spacious .. I will be back …

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. Friendly staff and providing upgrades when available, the food was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay in their Suite. It was worth the price.
As i say in many review before, deposit is such a disgrace for loyal customer. You are a part of Archipelago. Other Archipelago property never ask me for deposit. But, you did. It's not about money, but it's about trust.
Here is my suggestion, give your FO staffs a hospitality class that can assess guests. If they potentially do bad things at your property, even though a member, charge them a deposit. But, if the guest, even though not a member, and just want to have good night sleep after travelling and meeting people all day, just leave them alone.
Your FO is nice, but your system don't.
After all, it was a pleasant stay.

I've got room at 2nd floor, which is a smoking room, and it was terribly smelly of smoke. Even the bed and the pillow itself was reeks of smoke smell. The breakfast menu was not tasty at all, sorry to say, but it was tasteless. If this was a 4 star hotel, I really doubt it, but if this was a 3 star hotel, then it was a make sense. But judging from its price, overall, I personally don't recommend it.

Value for the Money, you will have a nice Iftar buffet here.. can have also midle up segment market, because it's Promotion month and you succeed. Hospitality is a must, than you have it there .. get all Business card if i may suggestion for your data base .
