The food was delicious (nasi goreng). The swimming pool and its facilites were ok. The changing rooms were cleaned. The hotel room was a bit disappointing in terms of the bed cover. Couldve been replaced by a new one.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the room was good with beautiful view, clean and good enough to staycation, but the check in process was kinda took to long time , i need to wait for about 30 minutes just to get my key. The parking fee a lil bit expensive. Overall it is all good

We had a great time staying at Sentral Cawang Hotel. Booked via Expedia and chose to pay at the hotel and we sent a message via Expedia to the hotel asking about something and got the reply the next day. The staffs were commited to great service. The location is close MT Haryono and DI Panjaitan. More importantly for us, there is a BCA ATM on site and free parking for car during the stay.

Foods in hotel’s restaurant was delicious. They have many variants menu from national/international and it’s quite affordable too. Very nice!

Comfort and clean room with very affordable price! My room in 11th floor has nice city scenery and they have a very unique bathroom.

In room dining are also worth the price (some are expensive but we have options) and service was also nice. They have ATM BCA as well and nice restaurant. Overall, very nice stay and would love to come back someday.

But I'm giving 4 stars because WiFi didn't work well and my taxi got charged IDR 5K for drop off and pick up, even when we were book room.
