This clinic has good staff and service. It’s quick and pleasant. The doctors and nurses are detailed and polite. They serve insurance like Admedika and BNI life. Online payments are available. The staff here were all very kind and accomdating! They made the experience of testing Covid positive in another country less scary. They answered all my questions and were able to print all documents from the test I needed.

Daughter had an ear infection. This medical practice is very professional, welcoming toward international tourists. Cost is minimal and fair, staff are experienced, professional medically qualified and comforting.

Tidak membantu sama sekali. Went in for antigen test using Traveloka-Citilink package, but the receptionist informed us the code CAN’T BE USED ANYMORE. Also, we contacted the clinic the day before and they said for traveloka package, no need for prior booking, and yet when we were at the clinic they said NO MORE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE for antigen rapid. Alas, we had the flight on the same day SO THEY SAID IF WE WANT TO TAKE THE TEST WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IDR 235 per person. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Rather nice staff and the housing and location. Had two services my first botox in life, so lost my botox virginity  and cleaning the teeth by a dentist as well as giving some consultancy. A young and nice (male) denitist around 30 from Java, both nice and professional. As good as they get in Europe or better. Also happy to get the comments (free consultancy) about some wrong English in the “contract “ you have to sign before the procedure.

Botox service medium I would say and she was less grateful for the consultancy I gave her about the worse English in that contract.

However sent an email to the clinic addressed to the manager, no reply. Sent it again and then mentioning my free consultancy about the English, still no reply nor even a thank you. Also a whatsap message to a girl in reception miss S, twice as of 2 persons I wanted to bring to the clinic.

So overall this, including the bad English in the contract, not at all matching the good environment or the price you pay for the service. So as of bad English no reply overall grade like 3- 3,5, but get credit for good tea, coffee and internet there. But the Consultant must stress that quality control must go all the way including the English in the 1 page contract and answering simple emails etc!, not least if that means bringing business to them.
