Had not a stay at Sanora due to a technical issue. They offered to relocate us to another villa that is under the same group but the receptionist was quite useless at that point only handling in check-ins and cancellations/refunds cannot be done by the fr desk. Quite crowded parking.

We had a beautiful stay at sanora villa sanur, the villas was new here and all facilities all complate , great welcome by roy and vidi at reception, also breakfast taste good , glad to be here ❤️ see you next month
