disappointed, I don't want give a star to them. 2 days ago in the evening I was there for checking my left ear because I felt so painful, and also my nose can't smell almost 3 weeks already. the administration lady told to me waiting inside but when I already inside, she tell to me for waiting outside. when the doctor comes he keep distance with me, they asked me a lots and we are not inside the room but we still outside in the parking area (they made waiting area in the parking area). I know that is the new protocol for keep distance but checking the patient in the parking area, is it a new protocol also?
without checking my ears and my nose or the doctor give me a medicine recipe, and told to me "if after 3 days you not fell better, you should go to sanglah or other hospital for Rapid test or Swab test", I know before I was work in Macau but I already back to Bali since in the beginning February. oh come on that's all not about CVD19 or maybe that's the ways they yake care a Patient.

Not open 24 hours as the signage said. So misleading

We were staying in Sanur and our daughter got quite sick. We were able to drop in and see a doctor and get the necessary medication on the spot. Everything was quick and easy and their English skills were great!

I was bitten by some kind of bug and I had an infection on my finger so I went there and the nurse took a good care of me. He prescripted some medicine and I was fine on the next day.

I had an ear infection and the experience here was better than back home! Perfect english and willingness to help. Highly recommended.
