This is hidden gem in sanur. Im craving for steak and dive into google to find some steak place in sanur area. So i have been here 2 times. I order the package, sirloin pax 375k++ and bife anchos 425k++ its already incl appetizer, steak and its side dish, mocktail, and dessert. Restaurant ambience good for couple and family, its cozy. The meat of course so delicious, the salt make it different from another steak. The meat melt it ypur mouth its deff not chewy, and i recommend u to choose patata aka bany potatoes, ist crunchy and addicting i dont know how they make it like that but i enjoy it all, than you for the good meal def worth the price!

The size of their main dishes is an absolute joke. When we approached the waitress she agreed “yea it’s like kids size”.

Fair enough if they would at least let customers know, but for 100k IDR we would expect a bit more than 25g pasta.

Would not recommend. Definitely no value for money, at all.

Second visit to this steakhouse, unfortunately as the 1st one for their opening only the service is good.
Just like the first visit we ordered the 30days matured rib eye, it was only matured 4 days.
Sides are awful....
Very average, tasteless, blank.
When you sell at high price everything should be as listed on the menu.
I do not recommend nor will be back.
Many real steak house around Bali not to waste time and money here.

So i came here for dinner with three other people and we ordered 1kg steak for Rp.3 million.

The outcome? Disappointed. We left the restaurant hungry. For a kilogram, the meat was so little, we had like 4 small pieces of meat each. The rest was just the bones. We didn’t realize until they served it that 1kg was mostly because of the bones. So, wouldn’t recommend that steak menu. The taste was pretty good, but no value for money considering the size and the price.

Another disappointing thing is that they don’t have wine. I mean, steak is a perfect pairing for a glass of red wine. Looking at the setting/place, it looks like it was a proper steak house that would have wine or other alcoholic beverage. So that was a bit of a bummer. Also, We saw other guests brought their own bottles of wine, so we asked if we could buy one outside. But then they told us that there would be a charge of Rp.250.000 per bottle. Really?? I mean, if you guys had wine and we still bring our own bottle, that’s fine. But u guys didn’t even have any! So why the charge. So all in all, it wasn’t not the best time. Pity though as it’s a pleasant place. Would i come back? Maybe. But definitely not gonna order the same thing again.

Puerta 26 is THE steak place in Sanur! They know how to prepare it right on the very hot grill. Big pieces, not that 280 grams jokes. The recommendation is between 750 and 1500 grams: for sharing of course. Very pleasant atmosphere, good wine and we'll entertaining with its open kitchen. Thank you for having us!

One of the best steakhouse in Bali. What i love most from this place is their meat variety. Although they known for their dry aged beef steaks, they also serve lambs, porks, and seafoods which all of them are also nice. We ordered steak and lamb this time. The doneness of the steak was perfect, juicy and very tasty. Meanwhile, the lamb shank tenderness was beyond my expectation and the green chilli sambal brough this dish to the next level taste.
Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience and worth every penny of it.

If you’re looking for a real steakhouse in Bali, look no further. Puerta 26 is undoubtedly one of the best that you can find. Apparently it's an offshoot of Javanegra Gourmet Atelier, a private dining in Jakarta - my absolute favorite restaurant. Their specialties include dry aged steaks from Spain, Argentina and Tasmania, along with Chef Andrea's signature Spanish-Mediterranean delights. The food here is top notch, the place is homey, and the staff is friendly. This modern steakhouse is absolutely a game-changer in Sanur.
