Yanma was so kind and takes care of customers. He drives me to a place to withdraw money safely and brings me some breakfast very early in the morning. The room was clean, very nice place.

I highly recommend this accommodation. It was affordable, but clean and cosy. The location was also good. Easy to find good restaurants and cafes around.
But I do not recommend to have the massage service here. It was extremly worst experience in my life. I felt that my skin extended maybe 0.5 cm after the massage service (only left side of my back, because she did not do the right side of my back). The massager hit my back and dragged as strong as she could. She does not have any skills. We had a couple massage. She talked all the time. It was not relaxing at all. It was kinda torturing. I almost stopped after 5 minutes. But just wasted 1 hour and paid the full fee. I believe she is not a proper massager. The another massager told us that she is a sister in law of the host. Thus she may not care what service she does.

Yanma was quite friendly and really tried to help during my two night stay there. The rooms are first floor facing the pool, great location.

Nice, small homestay with outstanding friendly staff. They also have a great breakfast, you can enjoy on your 'terrace' at the pool. It's a short walk of maybe 10 minutes to the beach, but you can also enjoy their nice pool.
Another bonus is, that there is a great Spa just across the road.

Absolute gem. Rooms were beautiful and clean and Yan Ma and all Kamboja team were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The pool was gorgeous and beautiful to swim in any time of the day. 5min walk to beach and close to good warungs, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended staying here.

Good room , excellent shower , staff excellent, good breakfast, fast laundry, done in 4 hours. Only issue is very small pool, if your a beach person, this should not be an issue. 10/12 minutes walk to the beach .

A sweet little accommodation with excellent friendly staff. Yan Ma and his team gave us lots of chats, help and were very welcoming. We loved our stay.
