We didn't stay here but attending a church service. The hotel is on the Bypass. We did peek in one of the room they were cleaning, it's just a standard hotel room, a bit dark.

The guest toilets were old, one didn't work and definitely need to be renovated. The reception area is old but kept clean. The staff we encountered were nice and friendly when we reported about the toilet.

The room didn't have a cupboard, a mirror, and the receptionist didn't know even a little bit of English. Communication was an absolute headache. They had some warning sign for the shower written in Indonesian. How is a tourist supposed to understand that? The rooms weren't cleaned when we specifically told them to. For a double bed, the bedsheet and blanket given were extremely tiny. We couldn't share them. They didn't have adapters.

Requires a lot of improvement.

Um... I think they gave a bad room. The water pressure cannot be adjusted. There is no free wifi or maybe the router is just unreachable from my room. But the bed was fine. There is hot shower but unstable water pressure. A very simple room for 4 adults. The television is too small to watch from the bed.

Meeting and Family hotel in Sanur Area, Bali Island. The Hotel is not so big. It fits to family reunion for 50-60 family members. For small meeting it will be very good. They have many family room, each room for 4 persons. They can arrange full board meeting including foods and full accomodation. Rooms are clean enough. Food is good. The staff is helpful.

very bad facilities. staffs don't know English, difficult communicate with them, we can't complaint anything. There is a clear need to change the bathroom fittings and very unclean. please find better hotels with best price near sanur.

We only stayed here for a night, great deal on the last minute price its near Sanur Beach which was the reason we chose this place. Place is quiet and pretty spacious with some rooms were left empty with no maintenance at all which makes the hotel looks a bit neglected which was unfortunate. Bed sheets and Pillow sheets are rather dirty and tainted, AC worked well but not too many people, this place will fit low budget plan as well as easy access to Sanur. Good Maintenance will make this place way better.

Good and cheap hotel near the port for crossing to nusa penida(sanur) so its good for those who want to rest a bit or late for crossing,although the facilities are not that special.
