Hotel Puri Dalem

The hotel is comfortable and quiet, the cottages are surrounded by lush vegetation, giving an impression of a quiet retreat. The beach to the left of the hotel is a ten minute walk but kinda grungy. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. What else can I say : just wonderful and quality for price Terima kasih to all the staff.

The (free) shuttle bus to the sister hotel is very nice if you want to go to the beach. The staff are very friendly and hospitable and they help you as needed. The hotel rooms were clean and all essentials were there what you need. The rooms are extremely comfortable and airy.

The employers are friendly. The room is simple. The clean up could be better but, it was a good place. The swimming pool is clean and the garden is beautiful. The breakfast is good too.

Great pool, but the rooms are a real hit or miss. Some rooms are ok, others are terrible. One person got numerous mosquito bites because the door didn't shut properly (she even sprayed DEET everywhere). My rooms had terrible bathrooms - soap scum and grim everywhere. None of the towels were there same colour. The reception is great, other than that service was only ok.

The hotel gardens and surrounds were nice but rooms were quite small for the money. Make sure to get a room as far to the back as possible and you'll be fine. The hotel is located at the north end of Sanur about 250 meters from the beach right next to a busy road, so from ***y public areas you could hear the noise of traffic.

We have stayed here three times, all for extended periods. We love it so much we have recommended to family and friends who have travelled to Sanur. The Puri Dalem is a gem! The rooms are cleaned daily and all effort is made by the cleaning staff to attend to your needs. The grounds are gorgeous with their established gardens. There are 2 pools and one restaurant that are brilliant. The staff...the staff at the Puri Dalem are the reason why this hotel is so good! Every time we come to The Puri Dalem we are welcomed like family. We would never consider staying anywhere else!

I like this hotel since i used to stay at this hotel for some trainings. But after 10 years back, my family was not happy.
1. Reseptionist at night shift (the old lady) gave the priority to her cellphone the give service to new costomer
2. I cant sleep well since the pillow smell like dust
3. Towel also smell very bad.

I wish they can improve the sevice.
We only stay one night because of those weakness.
