Overall good experience ,but few hiccups

Pros:
1. They tried their best to make the experience good.
2. Took care of the luggage pretty well
3. Had opted for the Cab service(hotel-transfer) as well, and they did a good job of it.

Cons:
1. Were not very active on whatsapp and their response werent great for the questions
2. On the day before the pickup, we were suppose to get the driver details, but didnt get it. When whatsapp-ed as well didnt get response. had to make a call from the resort to get answer for it. They could have done better here.

DO NOT BOOK. Worst service.We booked online via Klook for 7:30AM, reached by 7. Long que, then had to carry baggage for around .5 km, then they said boat already full ,wait for 8:15. We were already there with the boat. No instruction from staff, nobody to guide, we had to ask people around for location. Staff was very rude. The boat for 7:30 left at 8.

Took a day trip to Nusa Penida and booked Maruti at 7:30am and 4:30pm. Boat was delayed by about 40 mins in the morning and an hour on the way out. Boarding the boat was also a harrowing, borderline dangerous experience, especially in Nusa Penida.

BE CAREFUL! Left today from Nusa Penida and around $100 Canadian was missing out of the front of my backpack upon arrival. Money was there before boat ride and upon docking the pocket was open and money was gone. Super disappointing on a backpacker budget:(

They stole my sunglasses from the top pocket of my backpack. Book them at your own risk.

Perfect ride at 7:30 am to Nusa Penida. The boat was not shacky and the staff helped to get to the boat. Your feet or pants get a little wet when boarding, but it was ok.

Pathetic services. I got injured on their boat as my toe was crushed under the stairs of the boat while getting in the boat.
No help, no ice, no body talked English. When arrived the same, nobody helped me even I was bleeding and was feeling really bad. Thank God other passengers helped me. I do not recommend them, absolutely no safety on board! No excuses and no help from the staff!
