Dark, pretentious, annoying music (sounded like a recording of 3 notes played on a wooden xylophone thing), overpriced.. and.. no white wine! None at all! Run out! My meal was a desiccated tiny piece of duck and unbearably spicy sauce (luckily separately even tho I asked to go easy on the spice). The two stars are because my son said his meal was nice and my husband said the seafood special thing was tasty (but tiny).

One of the best dinners we've had on Bali. We had the rijsttafel (highly recommended!) which included kroepoek, three appetizers, soup, six main dishes, and a dessert. Everything was delicious. The food is a bit more "pricey" (but still afforable) than other restaurants but we thought it was worth it for a special night out. Staff is very friendly and professional and serious about hygiene. The entrance is a bit hidden behind double doors but somebody from the restaurant greeted us in the parking area and walked us over.

The ambiance is very nice with the garden view. Really enjoyed their pork satay with balinese red sambal, will definitely order this menu again!
the staff are extremely kind, helpfull and make great recommendations!

Poor menu and food

I was really excited as the The menu in website and google shows an exciting, elaborate menu. But when we came to the restaurant they gave a menu which has very few dishes. Poor ambience. No wonder there were no other guests except us. They served kerupuk with proprietary sambal. No chicken main course in menu. Felt really incomplete.
And finally ordered prawn sambal matah. I have been living in Bali for 3 years, sambal matah is one of the best creations of Bali and they didn’t even get that right on this prawn. 2 small shrimps cut in half and put in a salad which felt more like western salad. And the sambal for lumpia felt pathetic. Lost our time. Absolutely disappointed. I hope they will fix the concerns soon.

Nice upmarket Balinese restaurant.
Top quality food.
Costs a little bit more, but worth it for a special night.
