the villa is beautiful and the pool very good.
The place is not that far by walk from the beach.
Sometimes the water smell very bad because of the tank. The kitchen is very dirty and the cleaning is not their strength. don’t try to cook something there is really dirty, it’s ok to boil water..
otherwise the room are nice and the environment is wild.
I find four dead cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. And 2 alive the next day.
The staff is very friendly.
If you stay a long time ask for cleaning, they will not do it by themselves.

Don't book here!! The pictures are amazing and the pool was the only place I liked.

They have a drainage problem and my partner and I could not shower on the same night we had to take turns as the water did mot drain at all amd would take a good couple of hours to get to a comfortable level for the next person to shower.

There were rats in the kitchen so we got our own breakfast even though we had paid for breakfast.

Do not stay here.

Perfect location for a couples get away. Room was perfect for our small family. The flat screen TV was not working properly as half the screen was purple. The water pressure is so low that it would take hours to fill the bath even if the plug didn't leak. Our unit had no hot water. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel.

I liked the hotel, my room was clean and smelling very nice. The bed is just great, big and comfortable. We had a pool for our selfies because the hotel was not full. The breakfast can be better prepared, in case you don’t like you can just make by yourself...is near the center of Sanur around 10 minutes walk. ????????

We stayed here for 2 nights earlier this month. The room provides relaxing ambient - good to unwind after long day at the office. The staff at this resort are just so friendly and attentive. The room itself was hotel standard clean. We were pleasantly surprised after taking a punt based on the mixed reviews.

No good, strong smells of chlorine at the pool(they not cleaning the pool, just added more chlorine to it), spora and weird chemical at the rooms (I book three rooms and all the same). The floor is dirty, the bathroom and the bed are old and dirty, the kitchen is also very dirty , I book for 4 night but only stay for 1 night bcs my mom get terrible headaches upon our stay and all of us cannot stand the dirty everywhere we sit 'place'. But the staff is kind and helpful, the 1 star is for him, but dispite the kindness we cannot stand the place itself

Totally run down. Strong chemical smell in room, air con not effective. Booked 2 nights, stayed 1. Bannisters not well secured and dangerous. Mould and damp on walls. Toilet seat not attached properly, loose.
On positive side, staff nice. Bed was comfortable, linen old but clean.
Go elsewhere, you can do better. Photos on websites are misleading.
