Fully a 5/5. Beautiful premises, rooms, pools, gorgeous shared kitchens, incredible bathrooms, great Wi-Fi, excellent A/C, excellent water pressure (flow) and hot water,
great breakfast was included, nice staff, clean

We couldn’t get the TV to play anything (not sure if not connected to cable/satellite?)

Got upgraded for first time ever!
Near New only 2 years old. Beautiful big bed nearly lost each other! Bathroom lovely too.
Outside area for eating or dining area you choose. Breakfast menu limited, only 3 choices but still very nice.
Staff wonderful and helpful.
In the back streets of Sanur but very peaceful here with 3 rooms per swimming pool!

Nice and quiet stay, clean modern rooms with AC and Fan and the people are very polite. Pancakes for breakfast were delicious. We had no issues and no sign of it that there ever were bedbugs or other insects. A little tricky to find the way to the beach though.

Nice small hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. Off of the main road so a little difficult to get to. But the location is quiet. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There are two swimming pools and a restaurant area for breakfast. There are restaurants near by and you can have food delivered any time by Gojak. Just make sure you get the location on the map exactly right. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were very welcoming, making myself and my girlfriend feel at home straight away. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and quiet, and the breakfast was fresh as well as quick. The villa is very close to Sanur beach, which was probably a 15 minute walk. The bathroom is also very nice and spacious, however if you decide to have a bath then expect to be joined by the party ants. The reason for the 3 stars is because on our 2nd night, our air conditioner started to leak water on to the TV and fridge. We reported this to reception who came to look at it straight away, however this wasn't taken too seriously and so that night we slept without any air con and the room was then like a sauna. Overall it was good, but not much more than that. I would recommend to eat at the Soul On The Beach restaurant on Sanur beach, their vegan food is amazing, and the staff are brilliant.

Nice secluded villa. My mother and I stayed in one of the upstairs rooms. Only 3 rooms share the lap pool with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Walk to main road with shopping and restaurants was only about a 10 min walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only set back was the power drops that we experienced and internet not always a strong connection. Would stay here again!

Great value villas. Terrific pools, communal areas and rooms. Staff extremely helpful. Really good restaurant (Lillas) close by. Great for families and couples. Really enjoyed our four days.
