This property was messy and infested with insects. The wifi was also very slow. They also made us check off items in the hotel, including basic necessities such as face towels. Gym equipment was also faulty. Had to kill around 10 insects over the course of a 2 night stay. Staff also had a hard time understanding basic concepts and working hotel equipment. Would not stay here again. Tourist trap.

the villa in general was extremly unsanitary, thw staff was rather unspecific and unclear with undertones if rudeness, in general I felt very unsafe staying here, the villa was crawling with bugs and mosquitos some alive and some dead. Personally I felt extremely unsafe staying here with my family and I cannot recommend this villa to anyone thinking of staying here. I was frankly afraid to use the pool due to a fear that there might certain creatures in the water. Please do not stay here, it is unsafe and extremely unsanitary 1 out of 5 stars do better ????

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star because the place is somewhat new and there is a washing machine. The security guard in front is also nice.

We were asked to take inventory of everything in the villa and tick a checklist. If something is broken or missing, we have to pay. We are on vacation, we do not have time to count all the spoons, forks, plates one by one and go through the entire villa making sure everything is there. That is not our job.

Not only that, the electric socket near my bed didnt even work so i had to charge my devices in the bathroom and the wifi signal is very weak. There was a blood stain on the blanket when we first came which is gross.

There were many bugs eg. cockroach, spider, beetles, centipede. There was a spider on the water dispenser and it attacked me while i was trying to get water, which almost made me drop my glass (which they would have made me pay for). There was also a stream of ants in my bedroom that was there for almost 3 days (even after cleaning). I had to take care of the problem myself and kill the entire colony.

Fantastic place to stay, great location, staff are awesome, choice of accommodation, im in a duplex, cant fault it, massive pool right outside your front door .

This places is wonderful and the staff's are really friendly and helpful. I've been staying twice and its satisfying. Its close from the restaurant u0026 supermarket as well. Unfortunately the beach is close during this pandemic but you can have a 5 mins walk from this place. The room is really clean and you've private balcony if you stay on second floor room.
Not sure what is happening with the water, its bit smell not good when you take shower. Hope they can fixed it and so far its been fantastic stay. Its valued for money and really recommended for family stay as well.

Exceptionally bad attitude. Managing stuff is awful, wanted to stay for 1 month but stayed 1 day only. Everything they can make economy from they do, rough bed linen, the cheapest spring beds and pillows, old sanitary equipment. Asked the m for extension socket and they brought one from workers covered in sand and dust)))
Note they also made some renovation at least this what they think)) Cockroach on the second floor after cleaning is attached.

It was almost perfect

(+) The room is very spacious
The kitchen is perfect, there are so many utensils, even microwave, toaster and rice cooker.
Water Dispenser with free water gallon refill
Bedroom is nice, balcony is very good
Automatic washing machine plus the free detergent
Bath tube
Helpful and friendly staffs
Big swimming pool
Strategic location, only 400metres walk to the nearest beach for sunrise
Near the Sanur harbor if you want to go to Nusa Penida
Near the convenience store, gift shop, wellness spa

All of these facilities only 35USD or 490K IDR per nights

(-) since it still under construction for several rooms, it can be quite noisy at times

Overall it was a very good experience and will be a long lasting memories. If i go to Bali again i would gladly come back here again.
